I managed to get back around to this asset pack and add .cur and .ani files so you can use this as your actual windows cursor. To make have every main cursor covered I also added 2 more cursors (pin and person). 

And all of this FOR FREE!!

To make the changing easier and not that annoyingly tedious I added a install.inf file. 

Install instructions are:

• Choose either the light or the dark cursor folder and locate  the included install(- dark/light).inf file. Right click and select install.  
• or go into your Mouse settings and change them individually (navigation explained in the README File)

The cursors are kind of too big right now, I will add more size variants if I am able to and  also want to add more colors or variants.
